This rider applies to all LAB Art Project performance activities which will then become part of the LAB Art Project performance Cooperation Agreement, which can be used as a consideration by the organizers.

  1. Production Team


  2. The LAB Art Project team is accompanied by one manager and one member of the documentation team.

  4. Provide event publicity. Photo materials and the LAB Art Project logo for publication must be confirmed in advance with our management.

  6. Provide at least one Liaison Officer who always accompanies the group according to the organizing committee's schedule.

  8. Provide a Medical Care Unit that is always on standby, especially during performances.

  10. Provide or prepare an adequate waiting room at the venue.

  12. Produce ID cards for the entire LAB Art Project group upon request.

Conduct a special briefing regarding the event implementation system before the performance.

The organizer is responsible for the security and safety of the LAB Art Project group.

  1. TRANSPORTASI

The event organizer will provide transportation or cash payments to LAB Art Project in the amount we have proposed:

  1. Round-trip airfare including airport taxes and baggage.

  3. Excess baggage allowance for musical instruments weighing a minimum of 25 kg per person, which can be reported based on performance requirements.

  5. One medium bus with driver on standby for all LAB Art Project group activities while in the performance city.

  1. ACCOMMODATION

The Event Committee will provide:

  1. Hotel (including breakfast) located relatively close to the performance venue to facilitate mobility during the show preparation period for all members of the LAB Art Project troupe.

  3. Backstage supplies during soundcheck and showtime: Mineral water, lunch boxes, or funds can be donated to the LAB Art Project.
The first payment, amounting to at least 50% of the contract value, is due upon signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) no later than 30 (thirty) days before the LAB Art Project performance as a down payment.

The remaining 50% is due no later than the day of the LAB Art Project performance. If payment is not received by the time the performance begins, LAB Art Project reserves the right to cancel the performance. The down payment (booking fee/down payment) becomes the sole property of LAB Art Project.

*All taxes are borne by the organizing committee. The amounts below do not include transportation, accommodation, and meals.


This rider is designed to provide information on the standardization of LAB Art Project performances during the contractual period between LAB Art Project and the performance organizer.

This rider will subsequently be incorporated into the cooperation agreement between both parties. Thank you.
